How would a brokerage roll it out?
Start with a few agents in Preview mode, then go site by site. Details are agreed with each brokerage, and nothing else is promised on this site. There is one plan, $49 USD per month, and we have not set a separate brokerage price.
What does the plan include?
Every feature: plain-words search in English and Spanish, map search, listing pages, auto-planted listings and lead forms, grown pages, Spanish twin pages, the AI Access Doctor and AI Visibility panel, buyer accounts, a Leads inbox with seven CRM connectors, a webhook and email, and Preview mode. Items marked Planned are not built yet.
Do I need to be an MLS participant?
To show real MLS listings, yes. IDX rules let only MLS participants, or agents under a participating brokerage, display listings. The sample listings work for anyone.
What is the data kill switch?
If the data provider refuses a site, every cached listing is deleted at once and nothing is shown until access is restored. It protects the data owner and you.
Does it follow Fair Housing rules?
It is built to plant by place, type and price, never by who lives somewhere or who a listing is for. You remain responsible for the words you add to your own pages and for following your MLS rules and the law that applies to you.
Is there agency or brokerage pricing?
There is one plan, $49 USD per month, with every feature included. We have not set a separate agency or brokerage price, and no partner commission terms are set. Talk to us about your setup.
