Answer-first pages
A short direct answer, a dated key-facts table, a comparison table and an FAQ.
Pages that open with the answer, back it with dated facts and say it in one clean structured-data graph. Then a panel that measures what happened. Measured, never promised.
Pre-launch. Fictional listings until your MLS is connected.
Many IDX tools put the search in a frame from another domain. A crawler arrives at your page and finds almost nothing. IDX Bloom writes the listings into real pages on your domain.
The same grown page, read the way a search engine or an AI answer reads it: the answer, then dated facts.

Each area and building page opens with a short direct answer built from real counts.
A key-facts table with a date, a comparison table, an FAQ and one clean structured-data graph.
The AI Access Doctor tests the crawlers. The AI Visibility panel shows visits and leads from AI.

Everything is backed by one graph, with listing markup for planted grids.
Checks whether Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude crawlers can reach your pages, and fixes what the plugin controls with one click.
Shows visits from AI crawlers and visitors, and leads that came from AI answers.
Real pages on your own domain, so a crawler reads every word instead of an empty frame.
Sample listings are never indexed, and in Preview mode nothing is added to robots.txt, your sitemap or other pages.

IDX Bloom does not promise rankings, traffic or citations by ChatGPT or any other AI answer. It makes your pages easy to read, verify and quote, and its tools measure what happened. Measured, never promised.

|---|---|---|
| What a crawler sees | An iframe: an empty frame from another domain | Real text on your own domain |
| Page opening | A title and a search widget | A direct answer, then dated facts |
| Can AI crawlers get in? | You find out by accident | A built-in doctor checks five crawlers |
| Results | Guesswork | An AI Visibility panel measures visits and leads |
We cannot promise either. IDX Bloom makes your pages easier to read, verify and quote, and its dashboard tools measure results instead of guaranteeing them.
A built-in tool that checks whether Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude crawlers can reach your pages, and fixes what the plugin controls with one click.
The AI Visibility panel shows visits from AI crawlers and visitors, and leads that came from AI answers.
An iframe shows a search from another domain inside a frame, so crawlers mostly see an empty frame. IDX Bloom builds real, server-rendered pages on your own domain, with no iframes and no subdomains.
No, it is off by default. AI-written listing text stays off until the data provider confirms your MLS allows it, and the AI Marketing studio only uses listing text when that setting is on.
Sample listings are never indexed. In Preview mode nothing is added to robots.txt, your sitemap or other pages, and a grown page stays closed until you approve it. IDX Bloom does not promise rankings.
The demo runs the real plugin on fictional listings. Nothing on it is a real home.
