An AI-powered IDX plugin for WordPress real estate websites. You install it once, and it reads every page, places the right listings, search and lead form on it, and grows the neighborhood and building pages your site is missing, in English and Spanish.
Where it comes from
Ciao Bella Marketing has been building real estate marketing since 1999. IDX Bloom is our answer to hand-built IDX: it sets itself up instead of asking you to build a shortcode on every page and a page for every building.
How we work
We say what it does and what it does not do. We do not promise rankings or AI citations: we make your site easy to read, and we measure the results. We joke around. The work is serious.
Where we are today
- Pre-launch: pilots are onboarding, and the waitlist is open.
- No live MLS listings are shown on this site; the demo uses fictional sample listings.
- Listing data will come through a licensed MLS data partner, and a site owner must be an MLS participant.

Is IDX Bloom live yet?
Plugin version 1.5 runs on the live demo and on a real agent site, in Preview mode. IDX Bloom is in pre-launch: it opens first in a small group of pilot markets, and live MLS listings need an approved data connection. You can start a free pilot, no card.

How is IDX Bloom different from a website builder?
IDX Bloom is a plugin for the WordPress site you already have. It does not replace your site or your theme. Website templates for agents who have no site yet are coming soon, but they are not built.
Does it follow Fair Housing rules?
It is built to plant by place, type and price, never by who lives somewhere or who a listing is for. You remain responsible for the words you add to your own pages and for following your MLS rules and the law that applies to you.
