What is IDX Bloom?
An AI-powered IDX plugin for WordPress real estate sites. You install it once; it reads every page, places the right listings, a plain-words search box and a lead form on it, and grows the neighborhood and building pages your site is missing, in English and Spanish.
What does Planned mean?
Planned means it is not built. It is on our list, in no promised order and with no promised date.
Is IDX Bloom live yet?
Plugin version 1.5 runs on the live demo and on a real agent site, in Preview mode. IDX Bloom is in pre-launch: it opens first in a small group of pilot markets, and live MLS listings need an approved data connection. You can start a free pilot, no card.
Do I need to be an MLS participant?
To show real MLS listings, yes. IDX rules let only MLS participants, or agents under a participating brokerage, display listings. The sample listings work for anyone.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Search, listing cards, lead forms and grown pages all work in English and Spanish, with Spanish twin pages and hreflang between the two languages.
Can I ask for a feature?
Yes. Use the contact form and tell us what you need. We shape IDX Bloom with the first agencies and agents.
Can I add my own exclusive listings?
Not in version 1.5. Listings come from your approved MLS data connection, or from the bundled sample listings in Preview mode.
Does it show sold listings?
Not in version 1.5. Search shows active listings by default, with Pending and Coming soon chips for visitors who want more. Sold data is not built and would need your MLS data connection.
