— How it works

Three steps

1

A visitor opens a listing

From a card on a search, a grown page or a planted grid.

2

Everything on one page

Gallery, details, a map that opens on tap, the monthly cost estimate and similar homes.

3

One tap to you

Request a showing, WhatsApp, call or share. The lead lands in your inbox with context.

— What you get

The details

Photo gallery and map on tap

A full photo gallery, and the map opens when the visitor taps for it, so the page stays light.

Monthly cost calculator

Includes a foreign-buyer mode. Set a starting rate, or leave it empty and the visitor types one.

WhatsApp and call buttons

Your WhatsApp and phone are one tap away on every listing.

Request a showing, tour and share

Visitors can request a showing, open a tour link and share the listing.

USD or MXN, ft² or m²

Visitors switch currency (at a rate you set) and area units.

MLS display rules on every card

Brokerage attribution on every card, your disclaimer and a last-updated line on every page. Listings without a price show "Price on request".

— The cost calculator

Monthly cost, with a foreign-buyer mode

Set a starting rate or leave it empty and the visitor types one. Useful for buyers from other countries, and switchable between USD and MXN.

  1. Price, down payment, rate, term, taxes, insurance, dues.
  2. Foreign-buyer mode: I am buying from outside the US.
  3. Estimate only. Not a loan offer or financial advice.

Questions about this feature

Where do the photos come from?

From the listing data. Until your MLS is connected, sample listings show a clearly marked placeholder instead of a photo.

Does the tour button always show?

A tour button appears when the listing data includes a tour link.

What shows if a listing has no price?

Listings without a price show "Price on request".

How do the currency and unit switches work?

Visitors switch between USD and MXN (at a rate you set) and between ft² and m². The calculator also has a foreign-buyer mode.

Does the calculator use a real interest rate?

You can set a starting rate, or leave it empty and the visitor types one. It is a planning estimate only, not a loan offer or financial advice.

Is the MLS attribution automatic?

Yes. Brokerage attribution shows on every card, your disclaimer and a last-updated line on every page.
