IDX Bloom is in pre-launch. What this site says about features, pricing, availability and timing is informational and can change. Nothing here is an offer or a binding commitment.
Sample listings
The demo and the template previews use fictional sample content. No live MLS listings are shown on this site. Do not rely on sample content as real property information.
No advice, no promised results
The content is general information, not legal, financial or real estate advice. We do not promise search rankings, AI citations, leads or sales.
MLS rules
Showing MLS listings requires an MLS participation and an approved data connection. You are responsible for following your MLS rules and the law that applies to you, including fair housing rules.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated mass submissions to our forms, and no use that breaks the law.
Ownership
The IDX Bloom name, logo and the content of this site belong to Ciao Bella Marketing, LLC. The plugin and its service (license key, data connection, AI features) are covered by their own license and plan terms, which we will publish when paid plans open.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Ciao Bella Marketing, LLC is not liable for losses that come from using this site.
