Who we are
idxbloom.com is run by Ciao Bella Marketing, LLC. This policy explains what this website collects and why.
What we collect
- When you use a form (waitlist, MLS check, partner or contact form): your email address, the language of the page, the page you sent it from, and anything you type into the other fields on that form, such as your MLS, market, agency name, role, number of sites, name or a short message.
- To limit repeated submissions, your IP address is stored in scrambled (hashed) form for about ten minutes.
- Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
- The sign-up and log-in pages (/signup/ and /login/) belong to the IDX Bloom Hub and collect what their forms ask for, such as your email, to create and secure your account.
How we use it
We use it to write to you about IDX Bloom, to answer your message and to run the waitlist and the free pilot. Form entries are saved in our WordPress site and sent to our CRM (GoHighLevel), tagged as IDX Bloom waitlist.
What we do not do
- This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
- We do not sell your information.
Other companies involved
- Google Fonts: your browser loads our fonts from Google, which means Google receives your IP address.
- GoHighLevel, our CRM, receives the form entries described above.
- When paid plans open, payments will be handled by a payment processor, and we will update this policy.
The demo and the plugin
The live demo runs the plugin with fictional sample listings and may save things such as favorites on your own device. The IDX Bloom plugin on an agent's own website is run by that agent, who is responsible for that site's privacy notice; the plugin includes privacy export and erase tools.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop writing to you. Use the contact form and tell us which one. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
