IDX Bloom scans your published pages and posts and works out what each one is about — a neighborhood like Brickell, a specific building, a price range like "condos under $1M," or a blog topic like school districts.
It plants the right listings
Live listings and a lead form show up on the page they belong on, matched to what that page is about — automatically, at render time. Nothing is written into your page content, so turning the plugin off puts your site back exactly how it was.
It grows what's missing
If your site doesn't have a page for a neighborhood or a building yet, IDX Bloom creates one — with live listings, a short AI summary, and links to related areas — and keeps it updated as listings change.
Built for how MLS data actually works
Never waits on the API
Listing data can be slow to fetch. Pages render from a fast cache and refresh quietly in the background, so visitors never see a spinner.
Works without AI, too
A rules-based fallback classifies pages and parses search queries even without an AI connection — AI makes it smarter, it isn't required to function.
