Can a team share one setup?
A team can use the Leads inbox with its filters and send leads to one CRM. Agent roles and seats are not built, so we do not claim them. There is one plan at $49 USD per month, and we have not set separate team pricing.
Can I use it on more than one site?
The plan is $49 USD per month. We have not set separate pricing for several sites, so tell us about your setup through the contact form.
Is there lead routing or round robin?
Not yet. Your CRM does the assigning and the follow-up; IDX Bloom sends it the lead with its context. Routing rules are on the roadmap as Planned.
Which CRMs are supported?
Seven built-in connectors: GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Lofty and BoldTrail. There is also a webhook (for Zapier, Make or any tool that accepts webhooks) and email. These are connectors you set up with your own account, not official partnerships.
Do I need to be an MLS participant?
To show real MLS listings, yes. IDX rules let only MLS participants, or agents under a participating brokerage, display listings. The sample listings work for anyone.
How does the free trial work?
The plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. You begin in Preview mode: install it and see everything on clearly labeled sample listings, visible only to you. Live listings come later: your MLS data connection must be approved, then you add your license key and click Go live.
