What is the founding-agent offer?
Founding agents are among the first to run IDX Bloom and help shape it. Founding terms are shared at signup. The public price is $49 USD per month, and this site promises no founding discount.
How does the free trial work?
The plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. You begin in Preview mode: install it and see everything on clearly labeled sample listings, visible only to you. Live listings come later: your MLS data connection must be approved, then you add your license key and click Go live.
Is IDX Bloom live yet?
Plugin version 1.5 runs on the live demo and on a real agent site, in Preview mode. IDX Bloom is in pre-launch: it opens first in a small group of pilot markets, and live MLS listings need an approved data connection. You can start a free pilot, no card.
Do I need to be an MLS participant?
To show real MLS listings, yes. IDX rules let only MLS participants, or agents under a participating brokerage, display listings. The sample listings work for anyone.
Can I ask for a feature?
Yes. Use the contact form and tell us what you need. We shape IDX Bloom with the first agencies and agents.
Is there more than one plan?
No. There is one plan: $49 USD per month, month to month, no contract, cancel anytime, with a 7-day free trial and every feature included. Items marked Planned on the pricing page are not built yet.
