Are the website templates available now?
Not yet. They are design previews with sample content, planned to be free with IDX Bloom. The builder that will host them is still being built.
I already have a WordPress website. Do I need a template?
No. IDX Bloom installs on the WordPress site you already have. Templates are for agents who do not have a website yet.
Could I switch templates later?
That is the plan: template switching in one click once the builder exists. It is not built yet.
Are the templates bilingual?
The previews show how each look handles English and Spanish. Casa is Spanish first, with WhatsApp first and pesos or dollars.
Do the templates follow Fair Housing wording?
Yes. The sample content makes no claims about who should live where, and the reviews area is marked Sample until you add real ones.
Is there more than one plan?
No. There is one plan: $49 USD per month, month to month, no contract, cancel anytime, with a 7-day free trial and every feature included. Items marked Planned on the pricing page are not built yet.
