What does Planned mean?
Planned means it is not built. It is on our list, in no promised order and with no promised date.
Why no dates on the roadmap?
Because we only state what we can stand behind. Items move from Planned to Next to In 1.x when they are built and tested.
Can I ask for a feature?
Yes. Use the contact form and tell us what you need. We shape IDX Bloom with the first agencies and agents.
Is IDX Bloom live yet?
Plugin version 1.5 runs on the live demo and on a real agent site, in Preview mode. IDX Bloom is in pre-launch: it opens first in a small group of pilot markets, and live MLS listings need an approved data connection. You can start a free pilot, no card.
What is the founding-agent offer?
Founding agents are among the first to run IDX Bloom and help shape it. Founding terms are shared at signup. The public price is $49 USD per month, and this site promises no founding discount.
Does IDX Bloom reply to leads with AI?
Not yet. Today a lead gets a plain-words summary in the Leads inbox, in English or Spanish. AI replies to leads are Planned.
Is there lead routing or round robin?
Not yet. Your CRM does the assigning and the follow-up; IDX Bloom sends it the lead with its context. Routing rules are on the roadmap as Planned.
