One click. No key, no login, no card. IDX Bloom matches your site's colors, fonts and buttons by itself, then plants search and listings on the right pages and, once your MLS approves your site, adds Property Search to your menu. In English and Spanish.
7-day free trial, no card, no key, no login. Then $49 a month, cancel anytime. Live demo on real Florida MLS listings. Made by Ciao Bella Marketing.
On a new domain you start on a private preview with clearly labeled sample listings that only you can see, until your MLS approves your site. Live MLS listings appear once it does, and your site goes live by itself when the approval comes through.

Every result is a price pin on the map, with a list beside it.
Draw an area
Visitors draw the area they care about and see only what is inside.

Looks custom-built. Automatically.
Colors, fonts, buttons and photo corners come from your own site.

Before: IDX Bloom's own look · After: Match my site
Local renders of the plugin's own listing cards on two sample websites (made-up brands, not customers). The listings in the pictures are sample cards.
IDX Bloom reads your home page when it sets up and uses what it finds: your colors, your fonts, the way your buttons look, whether your photos have round or square corners, and the spacing.
Square stays square. Round stays round. Nobody has to tell it anything, so it looks custom-built, not bolted on.
There are four looks: Bloom, Blend, Clean and Match. Match is the default for new installs. Changed your theme later? Press Re-match my site in Settings and it reads the page again.
Four steps. Zero page edits.
Like mushrooms after the rain. Minus the smell.

- 1
Install
Add the plugin to your WordPress site. No rebuild, no new theme, no developer.
Nothing starts yet: your 7-day free trial begins when you press Bloom my site, tied to your site.
- 2
It reads every page
It scans your site and works out what each page is about, a neighborhood, a building, a price range, a blog topic.
- 3
It plants the right listings
Listings show up on the pages they belong on (lead forms switch on with the $49 plan), automatically, without editing a single page.
- 4
It keeps growing
Missing neighborhood and building pages get created and linked together. New listings and price changes keep everything fresh.
One pop-up, plain-English messages, and a retry if anything stops.

It asks first. It cleans up after itself.
A menu link added for you, a backup before the first change, and a clean exit.
Property Search in your menu
When your site goes live (after MLS approval), Bloom my site builds the Search homes page and IDX Bloom adds "Property Search" to your main menu for you ("Buscar propiedades" on Spanish sites), once, never twice. If it finds an old search, it names it and asks first: an unchecked "Replace it with IDX Bloom?" box. Say yes and the same menu item points to IDX Bloom. "Restore my old search" brings the old one back.
Back up first
Activation changes nothing public. The first screen says: before IDX Bloom changes anything, back up your site so you can undo it easily, with a "How to back up" guide for your host (or skip). IDX Bloom also keeps its own undo list of every change it makes.
Clean uninstall
Deactivate: the menu item is removed (or your old search comes back), the pages IDX Bloom made go to draft, and its blocks disappear from your pages. Reactivate and it brings them back. Delete the plugin and its settings, tables, pages it made and font files are removed; a search page you edited yourself is kept; leads are deleted, and a CSV of them is offered first.
Already have a key or account? Use the small "I already have a key" link in the pop-up; we email you a 6-digit code.
Found by Google and ChatGPT
Every page IDX Bloom plants or grows is server-rendered, real text, not an iframe, with structured data (schema.org) and English + Spanish content. That's what search engines and AI answers need to cite you.
youragency.com › brickell-condos
Brickell Condos for Sale: Local Guide | Your Agency
Condos by building, with a dated key-facts table. Sample listing data marked up so search engines can read it.
Server-rendered pages
Real HTML on first load, not a widget waiting on JavaScript.
Structured data
Listing, building and FAQ markup so search engines and AI answers understand the page.
Bilingual: Spanish pages with one tick
English out of the box. Tick one box and every page gets a Spanish twin, written for the way buyers actually search.
An iframe
An iframe shows a search from another domain inside a frame, so crawlers mostly see an empty frame.
Your own domain
IDX Bloom builds real, server-rendered pages on your own domain, with no iframes and no subdomains.

What buyers see
Real screens from the live demo: phone-first search and listing pages, and a monthly cost calculator with a foreign-buyer mode.

What you see
A Home screen with the setup checklist, a Leads inbox, and a Pages screen. Four menus: Home, Leads, Pages, Settings.
English and Spanish, side by side
Search, listing cards, lead forms and grown pages all work in both languages, with Spanish twin pages and hreflang.
Type it in English
"3-bed condo with ocean view under $2M"
It becomes chips a visitor can change:
Or in Spanish
"condo de 3 recámaras con vista al mar hasta $2M"
Same box, same chips, and the page answers in Spanish:
Many South Florida buyers search in Spanish first. The same site answers them in their language: search, cards, forms and pages.

IDX Bloom comes from Ciao Bella Marketing, the team that has been building real estate marketing since 1999.
We joke around. The work is serious.

We are new, so we will not fake a crowd.
No logos, no testimonials, no customer counts, because there are none yet.
What there is: a working plugin you can click through, a status page that tells the truth, and room for a few agents to start with us. Founding terms are shared when you start.

Questions, answered
What is IDX Bloom?
An AI-powered IDX plugin for WordPress real estate sites. You install it once; it reads every page, places the right listings and a plain-words search box on it (lead forms switch on with the $49 plan), and grows the neighborhood and building pages your site is missing, in English and Spanish.
What is IDX, and how is it different from the MLS?
The MLS is the shared database of listings that brokers use. IDX is the set of rules and the data feed that lets MLS participants show those listings on their own websites. IDX Bloom is the plugin that does the showing on your WordPress site.
How is IDX Bloom different from a website builder?
IDX Bloom is a plugin for the WordPress site you already have. It does not replace your site or your theme. Website templates for agents who have no site yet are coming soon, but they are not built.
Do I need a developer?
No. In WordPress go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, choose idx-bloom.zip, then Install Now and Activate. A pop-up opens with everything filled in from your site: press Bloom my site. No key, no login, no card. A developer or agency can do it for you, but it is not required.
Does it work with my WordPress theme?
Yes. IDX Bloom is a WordPress plugin that works with your current theme, with no rebuild. Brand fonts and colors show on your site, and a Look setting lets you choose between four looks: Bloom, Blend, Clean and Match. Match is the default for new installs: it reads your site and matches it.
Does it edit my pages?
No. IDX Bloom never edits your existing pages: listings are added when a page is shown, never saved into your content. When your site goes live, Bloom my site builds one new page, Search homes. Deactivate the plugin and that page goes to draft, its menu link is removed (or your old search comes back) and IDX Bloom's blocks disappear. Delete the plugin and its settings, tables, pages it made and font files are removed; a search page you edited yourself is kept, and leads are deleted, with a CSV of them offered first.
How is it different from an iframe IDX?
An iframe shows a search from another domain inside a frame, so crawlers mostly see an empty frame. IDX Bloom builds real, server-rendered pages on your own domain, with no iframes and no subdomains.
Do I need to be an MLS participant?
To show real MLS listings, yes. IDX rules let only MLS participants, or agents under a participating brokerage, display listings. The sample listings work for anyone.
Which MLSs are connected today?
We do not publish a coverage list, because we will not promise coverage we cannot confirm. Tell us your MLS and we will tell you where it stands.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. Search, listing cards, lead forms and grown pages all work in English and Spanish, with Spanish twin pages and hreflang between the two languages.
Is IDX Bloom live yet?
Yes. You can start your 7-day free trial today (no card needed); after that it is $49 USD per month. The live demo runs on real Florida MLS listings. On your own site, IDX Bloom shows sample listings until your MLS data connection is approved.
Will this get me cited by ChatGPT or ranked on Google?
We cannot promise either. IDX Bloom makes your pages easier to read, verify and quote, and its dashboard tools measure results instead of guaranteeing them.

See it working. Then try it on your site.
