— Help: how-to guides

How-to
guides.

Short, step-by-step guides for the things you will want to set up.

Connect a CRM

  1. In the plugin admin open Leads, then Where leads go.
  2. Pick your CRM: GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Lofty or BoldTrail.
  3. Enter the details your CRM asks for, from your own account.
  4. Click Send test lead. Leads from the preview page are test leads and only travel when you send one.

Failed sends are retried automatically. These are connectors you set up yourself, not official partnerships. Integrations →

Send leads to Zapier or Make

  1. In Zapier or Make, create a catch-webhook step and copy its address.
  2. In Where leads go, choose Webhook and paste the address.
  3. Click Send test lead and map the fields: page, building, price range, language, source.

There is no official Zapier or Make app. Any tool that accepts webhooks works.

Add the search where you want it

You never need a shortcode: IDX Bloom places the search for you. If you want the search in one exact spot, use the search shortcode or block. The shortcode now shows the full map search; the older simple search box is still available as a box mode.

The exact shortcode name and options are listed inside the plugin's admin.

Set up Spanish

  1. Tick Spanish where the plugin asks which languages your site uses.
  2. Each grown page gets a Spanish twin, with hreflang between the two. Spanish pages are detected and show all front-end text in Spanish.
  3. The admin screens are in English today; Spanish language files for them are planned.

Go back to Preview

In Settings click Back to preview. Visitors and Google go back to seeing none of IDX Bloom, and every page is as it was. Deactivating the plugin does the same for the whole site.

— FAQ

Questions, answered

Which CRMs are supported?

Seven built-in connectors: GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Lofty and BoldTrail. There is also a webhook (for Zapier, Make or any tool that accepts webhooks) and email. These are connectors you set up with your own account, not official partnerships.

Can I send leads to Zapier or Make?

Yes, through the webhook connection. It works with any tool that accepts webhooks. There is no official Zapier or Make app.

What if my CRM is down?

Every lead is saved on your own site first, and failed sends to your CRM are retried automatically.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes. Search, listing cards, lead forms and grown pages all work in English and Spanish, with Spanish twin pages and hreflang between the two languages.

Can I keep my old IDX while I try IDX Bloom?

Yes. Preview mode runs on one private page and changes nothing else, so you can test IDX Bloom next to what you have now and switch when you are ready.

Is there lead routing or round robin?

Not yet. Your CRM does the assigning and the follow-up; IDX Bloom sends it the lead with its context. Routing rules are on the roadmap as Planned.

What does a lead include?

The page the visitor was on, the building or neighborhood, price range, language and source, plus an optional contact-consent checkbox recorded with the lead. In the Leads inbox you also get a plain-words summary in English or Spanish.
