Yes. IDX Bloom displays live MLS listings, and MLS rules require the site owner (or their brokerage) to be an authorized MLS participant. Your feed is set up and authorized by our data partner before your site goes live.

Does it work with WordPress?

Yes, IDX Bloom is a WordPress plugin. It installs on your existing site and works with your current theme.

Where does the listing data come from?

Live listings come from licensed MLS feeds through our data partner, cached so your pages never wait on a slow API call.
